Athlete Details
Arrival, equipment, football dressing room, warmups, water, weather, and post-game information for Georgia Force athletes and families.
For Georgia Force athletes and families: Parents transport their athletes directly to the venue. Georgia Force does not provide a team bus.
Football Dressing Room
The visitor dressing room in the Fieldhouse is for football players and football staff unless the host specifically provides a separate space for cheer. The head football coach receives the room key.
Warmups & Field Use
Football pre-game warmups are on the south half of the field, opposite the scoreboard. Use the south end zone for halftime warmups. Cheer should follow instructions from Georgia Force staff upon arrival.
Water, Ice & Medical
Athletes should bring their own filled water containers and any required personal equipment. The host provides access to a water spigot, and a certified athletic trainer will be available.
Weather Plan
During lightning or severe weather, football players shelter in the assigned dressing room. Cheer and families should follow instructions from event staff; spectators may be directed to vehicles or the Fieldhouse.
After the Game
Players, staff, and cheerleaders are invited to join the teams for prayer at midfield after the final horn—giving glory to Christ, win or lose.

Equipment Shuttle
Motorized assistance is available to transport visiting team equipment from the gate to the visitor sideline. The area inside the gate is for pedestrian foot traffic only — see the Game Administrator on duty for shuttle help.

Film
The game will be filmed and shared with our coaching staff via Hudl. The film tower only accommodates the clock operator, announcer, spotter and videographer; visiting teams are welcome to set up their own equipment elsewhere around the field.
Rosters & Gate List
Please email a copy of your football and cheer rosters for the PA announcer, along with a gate list of your coaches’ family members for complimentary admission.
